Musa Suleman, the father of the four-year-old, who shared her explicit videos of her, has said he did so because he wanted his daughter to become a model.
On Sunday, May 12, officers of the Edo state police command arrested the father for using his daughter to create sensual content. However, in an update the 4-year-old girl is in the custody of the Commissioner of Gender Based Violence (GBV) Edo State, Christabel Elawu, for Special custody.
When interrogated by the police, Suleman said he didn’t mean any harm when he posted the videos online and had just wanted her to be a celebrity. He mentioned that she was too young to be in a comedy skit, hence why he resorted to nudity. In a video, he said: ‘’I did not mean to harm anybody. I have been so used to watching content creators, comedy and others.
“I felt she is too small and cannot be doing comedy. I started to bring her up in the model way by wearing model dresses like ‘catapult pant’ to cover herself and make her as a model. “This month, May 28 is her birthday. I went to do her birthday bash. I posted it on her page and it went viral.”
