Troops from the Nigerian Army, along with a special patrol team, recently went on a big mission. They wanted to break up a training camp linked to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and another group called the Eastern Security Network (ESN). This camp was hiding out in Abia State. They announced this big move in a statement on X.com last Thursday.

Their operation happened really early on Wednesday. They headed to the camp in Ihechiowa community, which is in the Arochukwu Local Government Area. The soldiers did their job with precision, breaking into the camp and destroying everything used for training.

This action shows how serious the Nigerian Army is about dealing with the problems caused by IPOB and ESN. These groups have been causing lots of trouble in Abia State, hurting both regular people and those who are supposed to keep the peace.

Besides breaking up the training camp, the soldiers also targeted places where important ESN leaders were hiding. By doing this, they hope to make it harder for these groups to keep doing bad things in the area.

At the same time, the soldiers were also busy in Ondo State. They teamed up with other security groups to search for and get rid of places where bad guys were hiding out. They found a bunch of weapons, like guns and bullets, during their searches.

Meanwhile, Thepaan News reported that soldiers from Operation UDO KA had another mission on Sunday. They went to a camp in Igboro Forest, Abia State, believed to be linked to IPOB. This time, they were looking for the people who had killed five soldiers before. There was a big fight, and six of the bad guys were stopped.
