President Bola Tinubu has called for national reflection and unity during the Eid-el-Kabir in a statement through the special Adviser on Media and publicity

President Bola Tinubu has asked Muslim believers to ponder on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, which represents sacrifice, faith, and obedience to the will of the Almighty.

“The President congratulates the Muslim faithful and prays that Allah accepts their supplications and acts of obedience,” said Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, in Abuja Saturday.

Tinubu urged Nigerians to consider the core of the event, which has deep meaning and importance for the country.

The President emphasized the importance of sacrifice and responsibility in nation-building, “noting that it takes collective purpose, will, and action to bring about great change.”

He urged residents to pray for the nation’s continued peace and stability and work purposefully to promote unity, peace, and growth.

“The President acknowledges the sacrifices that Nigerians have made in the past one year as his administration sets the nation on a firm pedestal of growth and development.

“President Tinubu confirms that Nigerians’ sacrifices and high hopes will not be in vain, as positive consequences are already manifesting, with the economy improving and vitality returning to crucial areas.

“The President reassures Nigerians that his administration is prioritizing their physical, social, and economic security and will not relent on this noble endeavour,” Ngelale stated.
