In a recent interview posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday, July 3rd, Senator Kalu underscored the urgent need for Nigerians to decisively tackle corruption, emphasizing that failure to do so would only perpetuate its grip on society.

According to him, corruption has deeply permeated every aspect of Nigerian life, affecting both the public and private sectors alike. He highlighted that addressing corruption is paramount as it poses the single greatest challenge facing the country today.

“The primary issue we must confront head-on is corruption. Corruption has deeply entrenched itself within Nigeria, spanning across all sectors—both public and private,” Senator Kalu remarked.

He further emphasized, “If we do not collectively address corruption, it will continue to undermine our nation’s progress and prosperity. We must stand united in our resolve to combat this menace.”

Senator Kalu also addressed the widespread involvement of both leaders and citizens in corrupt practices, emphasizing that combating corruption requires a concerted effort from all sectors of society.

He concluded by urging Nigerians to unite against not only corruption but also tribalism and divisive sentiments, advocating for a unified effort towards building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
