Super Eagles defender Tanimu Benjamin has signed for League One side Crawly Town on a two-year deal.

The 22-year-old former Bendel Insurance defender left Singidi Black Stars in the Tanzanian first division.

The centre-back has played three times for the Super Eagles of Nigeria after making his debut in the middle of 2024.

Coach Finidi George handed him his debut against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

He went ahead to start against the cheetahs of Benin in Nigeria’s 2-1 loss in Côte d’Ivoire.

The English club has unveiled him as a new player for two years.
