Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced a scheduled service downtime beginning on October 18, 2024. The outage will start at 6:00 PM on Friday and last until 6:00 AM on Monday, October 21, 2024.
In a statement to customers, EKEDC advised that all services will be temporarily unavailable during this time and encouraged customers to purchase and load their tokens in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
“We urge all customers to buy and load their tokens before the service downtime begins to prevent disruptions to their power supply,” the statement emphasized.
This planned interruption is part of a routine maintenance initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the electrical system, ultimately improving the service experience for customers.
