Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD, has sent his birthday felicitations to Obong Paul Ekpo, the Member representing Etinan Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
In a message released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, Governor Eno commended Obong Paul Ekpo for his “unbridled loyalty, dependability, and strength of character and convictions.”
“You are affectionately called ‘Obong Politics’ Ekpo because of your acute understanding of the nuances of politics, loyalty, and faith in institutions and symbols of governance.
“You demonstrated these critical traits as a two-term Chairman of our great party, the PDP, leading to your election as the Chair of Chairs of all PDP Chairmen in the nation.
“Today, you sit in the Green Chamber as the Honourable Member representing Etinan Federal Constituency (my Constituency), and I want to commend you for providing such effective representation so far.
