Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has confidently asserted that he will conclude his term as a free man, unafraid of any investigations by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) or other bodies.

During his address following the Feast of Christ the King Mass at the Government House Chapel in Owerri, the Governor emphasized his dedication to advancing the development of Imo State, emphasizing that he has honored his commitments to God.

He boldly invited anyone with evidence of wrongdoing to present it, stating, “I will leave office as a free man, able to sleep peacefully without fear of anyone, including the EFCC.”

Uzodimma maintained that he has upheld every promise made to the citizens of Imo and expressed pride in the legacy of growth, infrastructure improvement, and dignity that his administration is establishing for the state.

Additionally, he challenged critics to step forward with proof of any alleged misconduct on his part.
