Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima has officially introduced the 2024 Nigeria Economic Report, confidently stating that the government’s ongoing reforms will soon lead to inclusive economic growth.
During the launch, Shettima highlighted that the strategic policy measures implemented by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration are beginning to show positive outcomes, with even more encouraging forecasts for 2025.
This announcement was made at a one-day technical workshop focused on the Year 2024 Economic Review, held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. Shettima was represented by Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President (Office of the Vice President).
The Vice President described the report as “a practical overview of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ambitious and impactful initiatives under the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
He emphasized that the report goes beyond mere data compilation, as it aims to weave a narrative of economic resilience and strategic transformation. “Every data point and analysis reflects our dedication to transforming economic challenges into opportunities for national advancement. We are establishing the foundation for sustainable economic development that will benefit every Nigerian,” he stated.
