Chelsea Football Club has held initial talks with Crystal Palace regarding a potential deal to sign their captain Marc Guéhi this month.
It is however understood that Nothing is advanced yet as the talks are just primarily to understand the conditions for a potential deal.
Sources say that IF Palace decides to sell Guéhi in January, it could be for a fee worth £50 million and could be around £30 million if he hasn’t agreed to an extension by the coming summer.
The defender is understood to be open to a move to Chelsea as part of the several clubs monitoring his situation.
However, important clubs like Man City and Liverpool are also following Guéhi, but there are no talks with them as of today.
