Former Senator Shehu Sani of Kaduna has expressed his concerns regarding the unique political landscape in Rivers State, describing it as the only state among Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory that presents a convoluted political environment, one that challenges established political theories and principles.
In a post on his verified Facebook account, Sani remarked, “Rivers State stands out as the only state in Nigeria with a political climate so intricate that it defies all known and unknown principles of political thought and science.”
He further illustrated the situation by saying, “Being in the APC means you are also in the PDP, and vice versa. It’s akin to having eba with sugar or pairing bread with vegetable soup.”
