Popular Nigerian actor, Adeniyi Johnson, has responded to his recent suspension by the African Men Entertainment Kings (AFRIMEK), an elite club led by actor Femi Adebayo. Over the weekend, AFRIMEK announced Johnson’s suspension, citing gross misconduct and violation of the club’s constitution.

In a heartfelt response on social media, Adeniyi expressed his disappointment and urged his fans to remain calm while he addressed the situation. He emphasized that his identity and success existed long before he became a member of AFRIMEK.

“It saddens my heart that my honorable club made such a derogatory post about me. Please note that I’m not bigger than the club, but before the club, there has been Adeniyi Johnson. If care is not taken, that post will do more harm than good,” Johnson stated.

He continued, “I feel this is detrimental to my name, family, standard, and even more importantly, my brand. I hereby implore my family, friends, and fans to stay calm and continue to show unwavering love and support.”
