Tragedy struck in Ado-Odo earlier today May 31, 2024, when Ganiu, an air conditioner repair technician, was electrocuted while attempting to fix an air conditioning unit. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 AM in a residential building on Olabisi Street.

Eyewitnesses reported that Ganiu, known for his expertise and reliability in the community, was working on the faulty air conditioner when he suddenly collapsed. “We saw a sparkling light and rushed to see what happened,” said Abayo, a neighbor. “We found Ganiu on the ground, unresponsive. It was a shocking sight.”
