The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State has announced its readiness for the upcoming governorship election scheduled for November 8, 2025, while calling for a commitment to fair electoral practices.
In a statement released in Awka on Friday, the party’s Publicity Secretary, Valentine Iyke Oliobi, underscored the APC’s dedication to providing Ndi Anambra with a transformative approach centered on security, growth, and development.
Oliobi characterized the forthcoming election as a crucial moment for the state’s trajectory, emphasizing the significant choice facing voters. “Ndi Anambra must decide between the darkness, regression, and insecurity that defines the current administration and the genuine prosperity, safety, and progress that the APC is prepared to offer if given the chance,” he declared.
He affirmed that Anambra deserves leadership that embodies the aspirations of its citizens, and the APC is ready to respond to that need with integrity and dedication.
He further articulated that “the November election represents more than just another voting event; it’s a decisive moment that presents two contrasting visions for Anambra’s future. The APC is set to initiate a new era of authentic progress, safety, and sustainable development.”
Oliobi urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure a transparent and equitable electoral process, which is vital for building public confidence in the election results.
“The APC is fully prepared, and our message of growth and security is resonating strongly within communities. We are committed to steering Anambra towards a brighter future and empowering its people,” he affirmed.
