During a national convention hosted by the Coalition of All APC Support Groups, participants reaffirmed their dedication to democracy and expressed their faith in President Bola Tinubu’s leadership.
The event, held in Abuja, showcased the accomplishments of the APC government while also addressing the concerns voiced by party supporters.
Niyi Adebayo Jr., the Convener of the Coalition of All APC Support Groups and National Leader of the Unified Amalgamated APC Support Groups, stressed the importance of patience as the government navigates its governance challenges.
“Our goal today is to celebrate the triumphs of democracy and the significant achievements of our esteemed party, the APC. We want to convey to Nigerians that democracy is cherished within the APC,” Adebayo declared.
He recognized the feelings of some support groups who feel neglected but encouraged them to remain patient.
“Governing a vast nation like Nigeria is no small feat, and we do not expect President Tinubu to deliver miraculous results overnight,” he explained, assuring them that the administration is devoted to addressing their concerns.
Adebayo went on to highlight several achievements of the government, including advancements in security, economic growth reflected in rising internally generated revenue, and a reduction in foreign debt.
