The war of words between Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola and Arsenal Manager Mikel Arteta has taken a new turn after weekend games.
Arsenal recorded victory against Leicester City in a five-goal thriller as City drew Newcastle at the St James’ Park.
Arteta responded, “I can repeat it very clearly! I love Pep and I’ve admired him since I was 10 years old and I respect him profoundly”.
“I am so grateful for everything Guardiola did for me… so I consider him a friend. I love and respect all of the staff there at Manchester City”, says via Daily Mirror.“When I said that I know many things about Man City, I just meant I know how hard they work at that club”. 
“I haven’t seen a human being work as hard as Pep and the coaches and everybody in that club is consistently winning and the reason they are there is because they continue to maintain that hunger every single season”.
“If you want to I can repeat it but If someone wants to damage the relationship that’s not in my mind, that feeling is profound”, Mikel Arteta has also added.
