Music sensation Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, is set to perform at the iconic O2 Arena in London for the second time on September 21.
The O2 Arena, commonly referred to as ‘The O2,’ is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in the center of the O2 entertainment district on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London.
Since its reopening in 2007, it has become the third-largest indoor venue in the United Kingdom, surpassed only by Co-op Live and Manchester Arena. In 2008, it was the world’s busiest music arena.
Currently on his ‘Lunge Boy’ tour, Asake announced his upcoming performance at the O2 Arena to his fans via Instagram (@asakemusic), expressing his excitement about returning to such a prestigious venue.
“I’m super excited to announce that my tour, ‘Lungu Boy World Tour,’ is coming to a city near you. London Lungu BY is Active @theo2london Saturday, 21st September,” he wrote.
In 2023, Asake delivered a sold-out performance at the O2 Arena. The upcoming show on September 21 is part of his highly anticipated “Lungu Boy” world tour.
His latest project, “Lungu Boy,” will be his third album in three years and his fourth project since January 2022. The “Lungu Boy” tour promises to be an unforgettable experience, with stops planned in Europe, America, and Australia.
