Ayodeji Adedeji brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including network operations, architecture, service management, and planning. With a strong background in 4G, 5G, and IP technologies, Adedeji has a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of the industry.
He has worked in various regions, such as Europe, the Caribbean, the USA, and Africa, and most recently served as the General Manager for Network Services at Airtel Nigeria. In that role, he led a team of over 100 people and was responsible for the core operations of both circuit-switched and packet-switched networks, as well as other vital network functions.

Adedeji’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Digital Telecommunications, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has also completed extensive training in Project Management, Service Excellence, Network Technologies, Disaster Recovery, and AWS Cloud. Additionally, he holds a Mini MBA from Tekedia Institute, further underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
