Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant Shaun has openly addressed communication issues with his partner, Victoria, stating that he cannot be held responsible for her lack of engagement in the house.
Reports from Thepaan indicate that Victoria has been somewhat reserved since the show began, which has strained her relationship with Shaun and affected her interactions with other housemates.
During Sunday’s live show, the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, questioned Victoria about her relationship with Shaun, asking, “Do you think it’s weird that your relationship with your partner, Shaun, is off?”
Victoria responded, “I don’t think so. He has his friends, and I don’t want to come in between.”
Following the live show, Shaun and Victoria had a candid conversation about their relationship, prompted by Ebuka’s question. Shaun expressed his frustration, explaining that Victoria’s reluctance to communicate has made it challenging for him to connect with her.
“I can’t force you to talk; I can’t force you to communicate with other people; I can’t force you to call me when you have any issues. I came to this world by myself, so I can’t do that,” Shaun told her, highlighting his concerns about their partnership.
