Sources have confirmed that Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford is on the hunt by several top European clubs.

German, Italian and even Premier League club sides are monitoring the situation of the United States which is considered surplus to requirements by United boss Rubén Amorim, the Athletic has confirmed.

The Portuguese tactician raised eyebrows when he dropped the England international from the match-day squad against Manchester City.

A few games later he was recalled into the squad and was again dropped from the match-day squad in their 2-2 draw away at Liverpool.

Rashford has dropped in form recently and the coach has asked for more from his players as they are facing a difficult time in the club’s history.

United are currently 13th on the log after a round of matches with just 23 points.

The draw at Anfield against Liverpool will be a major boost as they aim to continue with such a performance to salvage their campaign.
