The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has issued a wanted notice for 26-year-old Ibrahim Mohammed, who is alleged to have stolen a vehicle belonging to the commission.
EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale announced the development in a statement on Friday, revealing that Mohammed is sought in connection with both the theft and illegal possession of the commission’s vehicle.
According to the statement, Mohammed is from Jada Local Government Area in Adamawa State.
The EFCC has called on the public to provide any information about Mohammed’s whereabouts.
“Anyone with useful information regarding his location should contact the EFCC or the nearest police station,” the statement advised.
“The public is hereby notified that Ibrahim Mohammed is wanted by the EFCC in connection with the alleged theft and illegal possession of the commission’s vehicle,” the statement concluded.
