Ekiti State has taken a significant step towards becoming a leader in digital innovation with the launch of the ‘Ekiti Startup Garage.’ Governor Biodun Oyebanji officially inaugurated this new facility in Ado Ekiti on Monday, with the goal of nurturing creativity, promoting entrepreneurship, and providing an environment where young people can thrive in the digital space.

It is a dynamic and comprehensive digital ecosystem where ideas will be born, nurtured, and transformed into impactful solutions that address local and global challenges. This hub will serve as a crucible for innovation, bringing together techpreneurs, researchers, developers, and investors to collaborate and create groundbreaking solutions,” Governor Oyebanji explained.
During the event, young scientists showcased their innovative projects to the Governor, who assured them that his administration is committed to turning their ideas into opportunities that will boost the economy, attract investments, create jobs, and enhance the overall prosperity of the state.
The Ekiti Startup Garage is the state’s first innovation hub, and it offers a 24/7 environment specifically designed to foster entrepreneurship and innovation.
