Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis could be facing an exile at his club Nottingham Forest after being excluded from the club’s Premier League squad.
Coach Nuno Espirito Santo has excluded the former Club Brugge man from his Premier League squad, marking an end to his Premier league journey at least for the 2024/2025 premier league campaign.
Dennis is being considered as surplus to requirements at Forest and had been shown the exit door before the close of the summer transfer window.
The 26-year old joined Forest from Watford with an undisclosed fee which is believed to be in the region of £10 million but has not lived up to expectations which has caused his loan spells at Istanbul Basaksehir and Watford.
He scored four goals in 17 appearances for Watford last season which has not convinced the hierarchies of the club to keep him.
It is however touted that the Nigerian international’s Co tract may be terminated by mutual consent which will give him the opportunity to join any other club as a free agent.
