The family of late actor Amaechi Muonago has fixed the burial arrangements for June 21
The actor would be laid to rest at his homeland of Ugamuma village, Obosi, which is located in the Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, according to a funeral poster signed by his family.
“It’s official,” his cousin Tony One Week stated on his Facebook page. Peace be with you, Aguiyi Obosi. Though God is all-knowing, you put up a good fight. Your name is inscribed in the Book of Time. Farewell, my dear cousin.
Muonagor, who suffered from diabetes, a stroke, and long-term renal problems, passed away on Sunday, March 24, at the age of 67.

The burial poster states that a service of songs would be held at his home by 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, to kick off the burial ritual.
Before the funeral ceremony on Friday, June 21, his remains will leave the Crown Hospital Mortuary and lie in state at his home.
On Sunday, June 23, 2022, a thanksgiving service will be at St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Ugamuma Obosi.
