This initiative aims to build trust and improve service delivery. The Customer Service Optimization Committee has been established to promptly address taxpayer inquiries and ensure continuous improvement in customer service practices.
The winning slogan was chosen from a competition among FIRS staff, emphasizing the agency’s mission and strategic direction.
The committee will focus on transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness to foster a positive relationship with taxpayers and enhance voluntary compliance.
The initiative reflects FIRS’s commitment to modernize and adapt to changing environments while leveraging internal talent and expertise.
