Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has praised Governor Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke for his remarkable contributions to infrastructure development in Osun State, encouraging the residents to continue their support for his administration.

During the inauguration of several completed projects in Osun, Makinde commended Adeleke for not only finishing initiatives begun by previous leaders but also for effectively managing public funds to benefit the community. “This road was initiated by former Governor Aregbesola, but it was Governor Adeleke who brought it to completion. Thank you for your dedication to this project; it solidifies your leadership credentials,” remarked Makinde.

He stressed the necessity for ongoing advancement in Osun, stating, “The reward for hard work is more work. Therefore, let’s give him the opportunity to achieve even more over the next four years.”

Makinde highlighted the visible growth throughout the state, particularly in infrastructure, noting, “On our journey from the Government House to this location, I observed numerous new construction projects and the employment they generate. This is truly happening.”

Makinde urged the people of Osun to rally behind Adeleke for another term, emphasizing the beneficial effects of his governance. “The citizens are aware of the value they receive, and I commend the people of Osun for their decision,” he added, stating, “Governor Adeleke has been effectively delivering the dividends of democracy to the populace.”

Pointing out the critical role of infrastructure in promoting economic growth, Makinde remarked, “Where roads are built, development follows. For those of you who own land along this route, hold on to it; its value will significantly increase as all these projects come to fruition.”
