Sheila Courage, the estranged wife of Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, who is the logistics manager for singer Davido, has announced her plans to remarry. Sheila shared a pre-wedding video featuring her mysterious new partner on her social media, keeping his identity hidden.
In the video, Sheila expressed her unwavering belief in love: “I identify as a hopeless romantic because I believe everyone deserves a perfect love story. And I don’t care how many times you’ve tried. I believe it’s worth fighting for and love is worth going on any journey until you find your love story. And I’m glad to have found mine.”
Addressing her new fiancé, she added, “Thank you for doing this with me. I promise to not take it for granted. I love you.” To which he responded, “I love you!”

This news comes after Sheila and Israel DMW’s highly publicized wedding on October 20, 2022, in Benin City, which ended just eight months later amid allegations of domestic violence and infidelity from both sides.
Israel DMW has repeatedly claimed that Sheila cannot remarry, asserting that she did not return the bride price he paid in full. Despite these claims, Sheila remains determined to move forward with her new relationship and is excited to begin this next chapter in her life.
