The Kano State Police Command announced a major breakthrough in its fight against crime on Wednesday, following a series of raids across Kano Metropolis.
The operation, aimed at enhancing public safety and adhering to the Inspector-General of Police’s directives for continuous patrols, resulted in the arrest of 41 suspects and the recovery of dangerous weapons and intoxicating drugs. Investigations are ongoing.
SP Abdullahi Kiyawa, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, highlighted that the success is attributed to the intelligence-led policing approach maintained by CP Dogo.
