Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State and past presidential candidate for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), paid a visit to Abia State Governor Alex Otti at his residence in Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South LGA.

The visit occurred was aimed at expressing condolences over the passing of former Abia State Governor Ogbonnaya Onu.

Kwankwaso, accompanied by several close associates, was warmly welcomed by Governor Otti. Notably, the visit coincided with a reception honoring 15 Abia indigenes who recently graduated from the 6th Regular Course of the Nigeria Police Academy in Kano and were commissioned into the Nigeria Police Force.

During his address, the former Kano State governor encouraged the new graduates to uphold professionalism in their duties and instill a strong sense of integrity in their work.

Governor Otti, in his remarks, congratulated the newly commissioned officers from the Nigeria Police Academy on their accomplishments and urged them to serve as exemplary representatives of Abia State, steering clear of any unprofessional behavior.

He expressed gratitude to Kwankwaso for his visit, recognizing him as a dedicated and patriotic Nigerian.

In response, ASP Ochiabuto Uche Ejike, the leader of the police graduates, pledged to represent the Nigeria Police Force, Abia State, and Nigeria honorably. He also thanked Governor Otti for the recognition bestowed upon them.
