Premier League giants Manchester United have taken their decision regarding the future of Moroccan Midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.

The 27-year old was added to the United setup on loan last season and has struggled to earn himself a starting berth despite the poor form of Brazilian midfielder Casemiro who was struggling both with injury and age.

The Fiorentina Midfielder struggled to make just 30 appearances with majority of them coming on as a substitute while youngster Kobbie Mainoo who missed a couple of months at the start of the season came back to claimed a starting spot under manager Erik Ten Hag.

Coach Erik Ten Hag is said to be a keen admirer of Amrabat but Fiorentina’s €20 million valuation of the player could be a hindrance should he want to get back to Old Trafford.

Manchester United are very busy in the transfer window and are likely to add Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Ugarta to the already established Kobbie Mainoo and Bruno Fernandes who appears to be untouchable.

Ten Hag remains a big fan of Amrabat who was in fine form when his country Morocco played their way to the semi finals of the FIFA World Cup.

He made a last ditch tackle in the FA Cup final when he saved Man United from conceding in the last minutes at Wembley.

Amrabat failed to score or make an assist in his 30 appearances in all competitions while on loan for Man United and was booked for nine time but United could still return to him if Fiorentina drops their asking price as Amrabat is eager to remain in the premier league.
