Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface will lead the line against Rwanda for Nigeria in their last group game of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers in Uyo.

Nigeria takes on Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo in a game of pride as Nigeria has already qualified to Africa’s biggest football event.

Nigeria secured their qualification when they played a 1-1 draw against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic in Côte d’Ivoire, thanks to Victor Osimhen’s late equaliser.

Nigeria, despite their qualification has deployed a strong squad despite not having their permanent starters in the lineup.
