The grand jury investigation surrounding music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs remains active, as new testimony has surfaced, potentially paving the way for more charges.
According to a report from TMZ, a male escort recently testified, detailing alleged interactions with Diddy, including his participation in an event referred to as a “Freak Off.”
The testimony reportedly explored whether Diddy had facilitated the escort’s travel across state lines or internationally, and how payments were made—whether in cash or via wire transfer.
These claims are part of the grand jury’s ongoing deliberations, which could lead to a superseding indictment with further charges against the entertainment mogul.
Multiple sources suggest federal prosecutors are considering additional charges. A source close to Diddy stated, “He’s focused on the facts and preparing his defense. He maintains his innocence of these charges.”
Interest in Diddy’s case by federal investigators has heightened in recent days. Earlier this week, another male escort reportedly provided federal authorities with details of an alleged encounter involving Diddy and a woman, and even submitted a tape to federal agents as evidence.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, who is handling the case, hinted that more charges could be on the horizon. When questioned about this possibility during a previous indictment announcement, Williams stated, “nothing was off the table.”
Diddy has already pled not guilty to the charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering. He is currently being held without bail at a New York City detention facility as the case continues to unfold.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York has declined to comment further on the ongoing investigation.
