Popular Nigerian gospel artist, Dele Agbeyo, widely known by his stage name, Dele Gold, has passed away. The singer reportedly died on Wednesday following a brief illness, leaving the gospel music community and his fans in shock.

The news of Dele Gold’s death was confirmed by his colleague, Alayo Melody, who expressed his grief in a heartfelt post on social media.

In his message, Alayo wrote, “Dele Gold died kee? Ahhh, this is getting too much! May God help us stop this untimely death. Dele Agbeyo, may your soul rest well.”

Dele Gold, often referred to as “The Miliki Gospel King,” was known for his unique style of gospel music. A native of Usi, Ekiti State, he spent much of his early life in Faforiji, Osun State, where he developed his musical talents.
