Nigeria’s forward Toluwalase Emmanuel Arokodare better known as Tolu was a saviour for Belgian Pro league side, Genk as they edged Beerschot in a 7-goal thriller.

Tolu scored twice to help his side beat a stubborn Beerschot side who fought until the last minute.

Henderson grabbed the opener for the home side earlier on in the seventh minute Steuckers cancelled it out for Genk via a spot kick.

Tolu then took charge of the scoring, finding the back of the net in the 30th and 60th minutes to hand his a two-goal advantage lead.

A minute later Michez brought his side back into the game to make it 3-2 as Sadick restored Genk’s two-goal advantage in the 76th minute.

Tshimanga scored in the 87th minute to bring the scores to 4-3 but was not enough to secure a point for his side.

After the brace, Tolu became the leading scorer with four goals from four games as Genk sits 5th on the log after two wins and a draw as well as a loss.
