NNPP Chairman in Kano State Defends Kwankwaso, Dismisses Detractors’ Attempts to Hinder Presidential Destiny

Alhaji Hashimu Dungurawa, the Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Kano State, has asserted that the destiny of Rabiu Kwa

nkwaso, the party’s presidential candidate for 2023, cannot be thwarted by detractors.

Dungurawa refuted claims that Kwankwaso is under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), stating that such reports were fabricated by those who are opposed to Kwankwaso’s political ambitions.

Earlier reports had suggested that the EFCC was probing Kwankwaso for his alleged involvement in a N2.5 billion fraud case.

Speaking to journalists in Kano, the NNPP chieftain dismissed these reports as falsehoods and emphasized Kwankwaso’s integrity and capabilities as a leader.

“We have witnessed these kinds of baseless rumors on numerous occasions. Let them continue spreading rumors. Whether they like it or not, Kwankwaso remains the epitome of integrity, respect, popularity, and governance capacity,” Dungurawa stated.

He further stated, “The rumors originate from enemies, are propagated by the ignorant, and accepted by fools.

Thankfully, we do not fall into any of these categories. We are Kwankwaso’s supporters, well aware of his accomplishments, and certainly not fools.”

Dungurawa affirmed that no matter what attempts are made to hinder Kwankwaso’s destiny, they will ultimately be futile.

He cautioned that spreading baseless rumors does not contribute any value but rather enhances Kwankwaso’s popularity among the people.
