Super Eagles new coach Finidi George has named his 23-man shortlist for the games against South Africa and Benin Republic.

Nigeria will play their third game of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on June 7 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium which will be Finidi George’s first game as coach of the Super Eagles.

In-form strikers Ademola Lookman and Victor Boniface have made the cut while Victor Osimhen who was a doubt has been named as Taiwo Awoniyi Misses out.

Midfield maestro Wilfred Ndidi returns to the team after missing the AFCON as Maduka Okoye replaces Francis Uzohu.
