Osimhen on his side wants to leave Napoli as soon as possible as he seeks a club to match his wages.
As revealed some days ago, Victor Osimhen asked Chelsea to make his deal a surprise.
It was also reported that Chelsea had agreed a £110 million deal for the forward.
