Police operatives in Remo, Ogun State, arrested three suspected killers and kidnappers this evening.
The suspects were apprehended during a routine patrol when officers noticed a suspicious vehicle parked by the roadside.
Upon conducting a search, the police discovered an arsenal of weapons, including firearms and machetes, concealed within the vehicle. More shockingly, they found two dead bodies in the car’s trunk, believed to be victims of the criminal gang.
The suspects, identified as Kabri, Ganiyu, and Rasaq, are currently in police custody. Authorities are working to ascertain the full extent of their criminal activities and any connections to other recent kidnappings and murders in the region.
The Ogun State Police Command has commended the officers involved for their vigilance and swift action. They urge the public to remain calm and cooperate with ongoing investigations to bring those responsible to justice.
