Africa’s most in-form star and Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman is attracting interest from Premier League side West Ham United.

As reported by Football Insider, the Premier League outfit is negotiating for a move for the Atalanta forward.

Lookman has been a subject of speculation over the past months owing to his scintillating and devastating form for the Serie A club.

The 27-year-old is the favourite to win the 2024 African Player of the Year (POTY), with his National team captain William Troost-Ekong also a contender.

During the summer, French transfer king Paris Saint-Germain were reportedly interested in the forward but the deal could not go through.

A Saudi Arabian club was also on the run for Lookman but remained in Europe where he has been on top form for Atalanta since joining them from the German side RB Leipzig.

Lookman has scored 13 goals and assisted in 13 appearances so far this season, both in the Serie A and UEFA Champions League, marking him on another journey to another productive year.
