The Nigerian President is expected to address this crisis and reaffirm Nigeria’s position advocating for an immediate ceasefire and an urgent resolution to the conflict.
Additionally, Tinubu will emphasize the need for renewed international efforts to revive the two-state solution as a viable means to achieve lasting peace.
“During the summit, President Tinubu will underscore Nigeria’s strong call for a ceasefire and the imperative for a peaceful resolution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. Nigeria will also champion renewed initiatives to facilitate the two-state solution as a pathway to enduring peace in the region,” Onanuga noted.
