Renowned Nigerian musician Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy of P-Square, has expressed his dismay over the ongoing rift with his twin brother, Peter Okoye, questioning why they can’t maintain their brotherly bond despite their business separation.

The conflict within the P-Square group became public when Paul accused Peter of petitioning the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to detain him.

In response, Peter took to social media, denying the allegations and emphasizing his commitment to uncovering the truth surrounding a secret company, Northside Music, reportedly linked to their elder brother, Jude Okoye, and his wife, Ifeoma.

Jude Okoye later addressed these claims during an Instagram Live session, refuting Peter’s accusations that he misappropriated millions in P-Square royalties into a personal account.

During his own Instagram Live session on August 19, 2024, Rudeboy stated, “Even if we don’t do P-Square, can’t we be brothers? Even if we can’t do music, can’t we be brothers? Like I said, I don’t want to talk much. I don’t used to talk before. It’s so unfortunate.”

As the situation unfolds, Thepaan reports that the EFCC continues to investigate the matter between the brothers.
