Controversial Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington, has raised concerns over Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy’s connection with embattled American music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs, following the latter’s recent indictment on sex trafficking charges.

Reports indicate that federal agents raided Diddy’s $61 million Beverly Hills mansion in March, where they seized various items, including drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, allegedly intended for use in notorious events referred to as “freak offs.”

After Diddy’s arrest by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution, Speed Darlington publicly urged Burna Boy to address his association with the music mogul.

He questioned whether Diddy had assaulted Burna Boy before agreeing to executively produce his 2021 Grammy-winning album Twice As Tall.

In a viral video on Friday, Darlington remarked, “Burna Boy took a picture with Diddy, and he won a Grammy not long after. Burna, don’t get offended, how much oil did Diddy use on you before they gave you that Grammy?”

Burna Boy has yet to respond to Speed Darlington’s claims. Meanwhile, Diddy, who pleaded not guilty to the charges on Tuesday, September 17, remains on suicide watch as he awaits trial. His requests for bail have been denied twice, with the court citing concerns over potential obstruction of justice.
