A woman has been arrested for allegedly assaulting her stepdaughter in Ilorin, Kwara State. The incident, which occurred on Wednesday morning, has sparked widespread outrage and calls for justice.
According to eyewitnesses, the stepmother, identified as Alhaja, allegedly beat her 16-year-old stepdaughter, Mistura, with a cane, leaving her with severe bruises and injuries.
